
First Integrity Mortgage Services Outlines Succession Plan- Now-Second Generation Mortgage Company Shifts Leadership
SAINT LOUIS (Sept. 21, 2021)- First Integrity Mortgage Services (FIMS) announced today the retirement of Joseph Bayer Sr. who has sold the company to his son, Joseph Bayer Jr. This plan comes in line with the company's strong adheration to long-standing relationships and family-oriented service.
"I have built this company from the ground up, working for decades to grow the right customer base and the right team," said Joseph Bayer Sr., Chairman Emeritus of First Integrity Mortgage Services. "I could not be more proud of my son, we raised him to have high expectations for himself, and he doesn't give up. I believe he will carry the culture of the company forward; start with quality people and push them to reach their highest aspirations and goals."
To celebrate the transition, FIMS held a celebration on Sept. 7, 2021, to celebrate the legacy of Joseph Bayer Sr., and his lasting contribution to the company, and ring in the new era of Joe Jr.'s tenure as CEO and owner.
