Dan has over 30 years of experience as a visionary leader known for his ability to build and motivate high-performing mortgage sales teams, generate substantial sales growth, and increase market share. Dan has held many senior management roles over the years that include National Sales Leader/Interim CEO of Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative, Divisional Sales Leader at Pacific Union Financial, and SVP at Aurora Loan Services (Lehman Brothers) for both Wholesale and Consumer Direct.
